Numerous transportation providers are forced to spend a considerable
amount of time on the calculation of the actual economic performance of
the company, while searching for detailed data concerning a shipment
performed several months before in case a relevant supplementary invoice
has been received becomes a real nuisance.
For the solution of the above problems, MultyEx software was developed,
allowing the efficiency of transportation activities and the financial
accounting thereof to be maximized by means of minimizing the time
period between the employee’s receiving of the transport order and the
preparation of comprehensive company operating data. Real-time
evaluation of the income from a particular shipment or cargo and of the
general economic situation of the enterprise alike can be obtained
within seconds.
MultyEx is the software for the implementation of the unified logistic
scheme representing the management of warehousing and transportation of
general cargoes as a whole. Supply chain management is performed in the
form of supply chain execution (SCE), which implies that stock
management on several logistics legs is implemented in the form of a
separate specialization.
The peculiarity of the management scheme is the possibility of
processing each leg separately and of the analysis and control of the
turnover of items and inventory balance. The number of logistics legs is
not limited. In case the first dispatch is made by rail with the
consolidation at the storage facility and further dispatched by means of
a second medium of transportation, it can be viewed how much has been
dispatched, how much is on the way, how much has arrived and what the
inventory balance is on each logistics leg at any moment or on a past
date.
MultyEx software features the automated preparation of SMGS, TIR and CMR
documents. Invoices are issued by means of the module of tariff policy,
the policy comprising the terms of cooperation with each client
separately. The EDIFACT standard can be used for automated document
exchange.
Not only does the cash flow control functionality register issued and
paid invoices, but it also performs the monitoring of the payment of
invoices. Economic performance values can be viewed for a particular
shipment or container, but also for a company as a whole with the
expenses of the company (office and vehicle rent, petrol, taxes, etc.)
taken into consideration. Simple business terminology is used in the
software, which contributes to the ease of its implementation and
understanding. You do not have to be an accountant or economist in order
to be able to use the software successfully.
There is an option of data import from (C)One Forwarding software.
