For the solution of the above problems, CargoPro software was developed, allowing the efficiency of transportation activities and the financial accounting thereof to be maximized by means of minimizing the time period between the employee’s receiving of the transport order and the preparation of comprehensive company operating data. Real-time evaluation of the income from a particular shipment or cargo and of the general economic situation of the enterprise alike can be obtained within seconds.

CargoPro software is meant for the registration of transportation activities with the use of any means of transport and concerning any cargo shipped by truck, railway, marine and air transport. Multimodal transportation is performed with transhipment operations and warehousing operations taken into consideration. There is a separate specialization for companies performing container shipping and a separate one for companies only operating trucks.

CargoPro software features the automated preparation of SMGS, TIR and CMR documents. Invoices are issued by means of the module for tariff policy, the policy comprising the terms of cooperation with each client separately.

Not only does the cash flow control functionality register issued and paid invoices, but it also performs the monitoring of the payment of invoices. The software was developed using Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server.
