General information about the
program "CargoPro", adaptation for consolidated cargo
In a large number of transport firms a lot of time has to be spent on
calculation of real economic results of the firm’s work. The search for
detailed data on a transportation that happened several months ago, for
which an additional invoice has arrived, becomes a headache.
For
solving these problems the program CargoPro was developed, allowing to
make the work on carrying out transport operations and their economic
accounting ìàêñèìàëüíî effective, reducing to a minimum the time spent
by an employee from receiving a request for transportation to
preparation of exhaustive data about the results of the firm’s work. The
possibility to promptly evaluate the economic state of the enterprise,
the income from a specific transportation or cargo becomes possible to
obtain within several seconds.
The program CargoPro is intended
for accounting of transport operations when using any transport means
with any cargoes, with adaptation to consolidated transportations in
road transport. Carrying out multimodal transportations is performed
with consideration of transshipment operations and warehouse operations.
The quotation database gives the possibility of obtaining quick
information about previously calculated rates, with the possibility of
copying with one press of a button. Creation of an order on the basis of
a quotation is also performed with one press of a button. For
preparation of contracts with the Customer and the Carrier it is enough
to add only the missing and clarified data, the rest automatically gets
into the forms, which can be signed on paper or with an electronic
signature.
General summary forms on operational work are intended for
enterprise management and control over the transportation process.
Control is carried out both visually by the list of current
transportations, and in the form of separate logical control with a
reminder when the time interval expires after the expected completion.
When controlling the movement of monetary funds during the carrying out
of transportations, not only issued and paid invoices are taken into
account, but also control of their payment is performed. Obtaining
economic results of activity is possible not only for a separate
transportation or cargo, but also for the firm as a whole, with
consideration of general expenses of the firm (office and vehicle rent,
gasoline, taxes and so on). The program uses simple business concepts,
which facilitates its understanding and use. You do not have to be an
accountant or an economist in order to successfully use the program.
In the program CargoPro it is possible to create the function of
automated preparation of SMGS, TIR, CMR documents.
The program
allows storing an archive of all documentation on transportations,
without limitation of term. There is a possibility of quick search of
the required information on transportation by any data.
For
automated exchange of documents there is a possibility to use the
EDIFACT standard.
The possibility of integration with Marketing
and CRM modules is provided, allowing to systematize the marketing work
of the enterprise and the work with each specific client.
The
software interface can be any according to the client’s wish (Estonian,
Russian, English, Latvian…).

The delivery set includes adaptation to the
conditions and needs of a specific enterprise, installation, setup and
full training of personnel with the subsequent 1 year of software
support. The cost of the software complex is determined individually for
each firm, depending on the volume of adaptation works and the number of
workplaces.
After the end of one year the support can be
continued at your wish for an additional payment, most often in practice
this is payment for the specifically spent time on maintenance.
