Time+: collecting data on the hours worked and payroll accounting
Timesheet management on paper or in Excel takes a great deal of time in
quite a number of companies. In addition, there is a lack of accurate and
up-to-date information about which work is being performed, namely, work
distribution by sites, when personnel timesheet management is performed
manually. There is no detailed information about the works in progress.
Time+ software for reporting the amount of time worked allows the
information on hours worked to be collected faster, more easily and
efficiently in real time at the moment when work is started and finished,
using the mobile logging method. Next, the software generates timesheets,
which makes payroll accounting considerably faster.
The primary functionality of Time+ software is the opportunity to
conveniently log work start and end times. The employees using the
application will also be able to enter additional details about their
work, for instance, specify the site, project, or the particular
operations they have performed. The detailed information section also
allows data about the materials and machinery in use to be entered,
logging the time of their use. Registering weather-related data is also
possible, which is rather important in the construction sector.
The collected information can be viewed on any computer, tablet or
smartphone. The functionality of the analysis of the collected data
allows the expenditure of time and money to be displayed, broken down by
employees, sites or other criteria. Using the mobile software, employees
can see their current quantity of time worked as the number of hours and
accrued wage, displayed across a month or a week.
The data can be automatically forwarded to other software solutions, for
example, EhitusMajandus, Electron, etc.
